In today's workshop we focused on the 3 W's: Why, What & Where. The first W was Why CTE students need WBL Workshops. We need these workshops so we can learned of what is required to be able to achieve a CTE diploma and not fall behind in anything that we have not completed. The second W discussed in the workshop was What are the WBL requirements. This W focused on the discipline policy, WBL application, and the confidentiality agreement all this things are required of us as CTE students. We need to follow these rules and agreements so we don't happen to be kicked out .The final and last W discussed in WBL is where the experiences of WBL take place. This W is very vital as we as students need to know where all these events will take place. It was discussed that the experiences will be in places such as in-school workshops, job shadows, and internships
