Lab #4 Reflection Journal
Brian Velazquez Digital Design
In this lab #4 what we had to do was create a table with different hues and the hexadecimals corresponding with those specific hues. In order to be able to complete this lab we had to use the <table> tag and the other tags going with it including <tr>, <th>, and <td>. The <th> tag was used in order to make a title for are columns in our tables, the <tr> tag was used to create rows on your table, and last but not least was the <td> tag this was used to make columns in the tables. In all our tables consisted of three columns and 17 rows. The three columns are the name of the hue, the hexadecimal value of the hue, and the actual hue color. Each row consisted of a different hue and the hues that are tables would contain were given to us by our teacher each of us got 12 different colors and since we needed 16 hues we picked out the extra 4 missing hues. The colors given to us were not basic colors such as blue, yellow, red, and pink we were given some colors that I didn't even know existed such as Lemon Chiffon, and Firebrick. In order to obtain the hexadecimal code needed we used w3schools because they had the hexadecimals value of almost every color.
We used TextEdit to complete this lab. I see myself using the things I learned from Lab #4 often because with the hexadecimal values we can now add more different colors to are work or future webpages. The table as well I see myself using more in the future maybe to organize my webpages or just incase I need to make a list or something.
This is the final product:
