Lab 13 Reflection Journal
Brian Velazquez Digital Design
This lab itself was a ton of work and I was surprised that I completed it. Lab 13 required a massive amount of CSS that we would look up on the website w3school.com. First what we had to do was create an HTML document it did not matter what you put on the HTML document it could've been anything to lyrics from your favorite song to the Amendments. But after creating the HTML document then came the hard part which was the CSS. Mostly all of the CSS used in this lab we had not learn yet in class we had to go to w3schools and learn the CSS directly off the website which made the lab completely more difficult to complete. The good thing of this lab was that we were allowed to be as creative as we wanted too. Most of the CSS that I used from the website I understood but some of them I was lost on how the code specifically worked.
The software's used in this lab was Dreamweaver CC and FileZilla, w3school is the source in which where I required my information in order to complete the lab. The difficult part of the lab was the CSS part of it because some of the CSS code I didn't understand how it worked but overall the rest of the lab was simple to complete. After completing everything in the lab I used FileZilla in order to upload my page onto the server so it can be viewed. This lab taught me a lot of useful skills that I will be able to use in future labs and projects such as the Navigation Bar. This is how I would use what I've learned in lab 13.
